Positive: Excellent location, very easy access to everywhere. Very clean and tidy, and access was a breeze. Kitchen, lounge and bathroom are all very modern with quality fittings, hot water and plenty of pressure. Bedrooms are large with good built in robes. Basic condiments like oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar are provided. All the kitchen utensils you need are there (even had 2 x potato peelers!). Good quality linen and towels are provided which is a nice touch. Reverse cycle works well and heats the place up nicely. Great basketball hoop in the back too. Loved the easy access to the main road.
Negative: TV is slow and there is a wee bit of early morning road noise in the bedrooms - neither are really an issue for me, but worth mentioning if you love watching TV or you're a very light sleeper.
Summary: Excellent place to stay, easy access to everywhere, great location, modern, clean and comfortable.
